1. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if not dispatched.

To cancel, email us at join@thewandercircle.com with your order number.

2. Returns

You may return a product if:

It’s damaged during transit

You received the wrong item

Returns must be requested within 1 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Used or worn bags

Opened or used travel journals

Customized or sale items

4. How to Return

Include product photos showing the issue

We’ll guide you through the return/exchange process.

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

6. Exchanges

Subject to availability, we offer exchanges for defective or wrong-size products with an extra cost of delivery only.
